Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Brand & Digital Marketing with 5-7 years of
experience in digital marketing, specifically for FMCG personal care brands. The ideal candidate
will have expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, as well as driving brand
growth through digital and in-store strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
∙Develop and execute brand strategies across digital, in-store, and advertising channels.
∙Create and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth.
∙Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for brand visibility.
∙Oversee SEO, SEM, and display advertising efforts.
∙Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights forimprovement.
∙Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution ofcampaigns.
∙Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective strategies.
Qualifications:
∙Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
∙5-7 years of experience in brand and digital marketing, with a focus on FMCG personalcare brands.
∙Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
∙Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
