Roles and Responsibilities:

Digital Platform Management

• Lead day-to-day operations of digital talent assessment and management platforms.

• Ensure smooth setup, configuration, administration, and monitoring of assessment workflows.

• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with internal tech teams and vendors for quick resolution.

Project & Operations Management

• Drive end-to-end execution of digital assessment project planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring

timely delivery.

• Manage project documentation, dashboards, client trackers, and internal reports.

• Oversee quality checks, data validation, and process adherence across all digital operations.

Team Leadership
