This role is responsible for managing SAO’s digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new systems and AI-driven solutions. The incumbent will support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from initiation through post-implementation support, encompassing planning, coordination, requirements analysis, testing, training, and ongoing operational oversight.
