Assistant Manager

The Mespil Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a Assistant (Duty) Manager to join our

management team.

The Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the hotel while on duty, ensure that

consistently high standards of customer service are delivered at all times, and will

report directly to the Deputy General Manager. There are three Assistant Managers in the

hotel who work alternate shifts.

This is a challenging position for a highly motivated, hardworking individual

interested in developing themselves in the hospitality industry. Areas of responsibility

will focus on the following areas:

Hotel Operations

• Ensuring the smooth operation of all departments within the hotel while

on duty

• Corresponding meeting room confirmation to guests
• Attending and participating in fortnightly management meetings
• Communicating relevant information with depar...
