Assistant Manager - Ethics & Integrity

Ways of working (Mandate 3) – Employees will work full-time from their base location i.e. Bangalore. Role Overview: This role is part of the Ethics & Integrity team at Swiggy. We strive to build a strong culture of Governance and Ethics, which serves as one of our key building blocks. Key Responsibilities: * Investigations: Conduct end-to-end ethics investigations, including witness and subject interviews, data reviews and reporting. This includes internal investigations into alleged violations of Company Policies (e.g., theft, fraud, embezzlement, conflicts of interest, bribery, etc.) * Documentation: Prepare work papers to adequately document investigations with supporting evidence.
