Assistant Manager - Ethics & Integrity

Ways of working (Mandate 3) – Employees will work full-time from their base location i.e. Bangalore. Role Overview: This role is part of the Ethics & Integrity team at Swiggy. We strive to build a strong culture of Governance and Ethics, which serves as one of our key building blocks. Key Responsibilities: * Investigations: Conduct end-to-end ethics investigations, including witness and subject interviews, data reviews and reporting. This includes internal investigations into alleged violations of Company Policies [e.g., theft, fraud, embezzlement, conflicts of interest, bribery, etc.] * Documentation: Prepare work papers to adequately document investigations with supporting evidence.
