Job Description

The Assistant Manager – CEO Office will be a critical member of the CEO's Office, providing high-caliber strategic and analytical support directly to the CEO under the guidance of the Chief of Staff. The role focuses on delivering exceptional reports, presentations, and data-driven insights that inform executive decision-making and drive organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality executive presentations, reports, briefing documents, and communication materials for the CEO, Board, and senior leadership, ensuring clear storytelling, professional design, logical flow, and alignment with executive preferences and branding guidelines.
  • Develop and refine complex slide decks (primarily in PowerPoint) that translate detailed analyses into concise, visually compelling narratives for high-stakes meetings, including strategy reviews, board updates, and investor presentations.
