Job Title:

Assistant Manager - EXIM & GST

Summary:

Plan, Manage & Monitor in all aspect of Export, Import & GST operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the Export Import operation for IMEA region.
  • Responsible for export / import shipments including pre and post shipment documents, documentary credit & customer requirements on shipment etc.,
  • Responsible for Import shipments and span till customs clearance and goods receipt at warehouse
  • Daily focus & interaction with the Freight forwarders, Customs house agents to ensure the process adherence and timely clearance with complaince.
  • Coordination with origin forwarder for pick up, shipment booking, sailing, departures, etc.
  • Fulfil all aspect related bilateral trade agreements – FTA, CEPA, etc.,
  • Coordinate with finance, Customer service for exports proceeds, collection, and regularization.
