Resident Interaction and customer Handover:
Co ordination with the CRM for the customer inspection and handover slot bookings.Handling customer complaints and queries during the handover or inspection and assuring all the mentioned issues have been rectified.Assuring smooth and efficient transition of flats from the construction phase to the possession phaseCo-ordination with the project team to track the progress of individual flats and ensure that they are completed in all aspects for a smooth inspection and handover.Conduct thorough inspections to identify any deficiencies, defects, or quality issues that need to be addressed before handover.Maintaining accurate records of flat inspections, identified issues, and the resolution process. #LI-DNIManage the defect rectification process post-handover by coordinating with project team to ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise after possession.
