Summary
You will be required to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to assist the Events / Catering and F&B related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 Years' work experience as F&B Sales Executive or 1 Year Assistant Manager-F&B Sales in a luxury international brand hotel. Good understanding of selling techniques, banquet & Restaurant Knowledge.
