Location: Pune

Designation: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts

Qualification: Graduate (Commerce preferred)

Experience: 6–8 years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable , including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments
• Handle banking operations such as daily transactions, bank reconciliations, and coordination with banks
• Support treasury activities including cash flow planning, fund management, and liquidity monitoring
• Prepare AP, banking, and cash flow MIS reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements
• Support internal and statutory audits related to payments and banking
• Identify process improvements to strengthen financial controls and efficiency

Key Requirements

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in AP, Banking, and Treasury
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payment controls
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environments preferred
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
