Asst. Manager – Finance (Baddi)

Role Objective:

Plant Finance Analyst supports financial management of the Site w.R.T analysis of costs, tracking of plant performance, partnering with Site Leadership team with the objective of improvement of plant financials.

While also ensuring compliance with financial controls, collaborate with audit teams to address control gaps and support timely financial closings for manufacturing sites. Oversee accounting hygiene, review CWIP and working capital risks, and recommend corrective actions. Capex evaluation, budgeting, classification, prioritization, and cash flow forecasting.
