Job Title: Assistant Manager, Finance
Role Scope: Entity Finance Controller
Location: Bangalore
Job Overview
Responsible for end-to-end finance controllership and operational finance for a portfolio of commercial real estate SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicle), covering accounting, reporting, audits, compliance, controls, and stakeholder coordination, while working closely with Business Finance, Asset Management, Group Finance, and external advisors, as well as other internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting for assigned SPVs including revenue, operating expenses, CAM recoveries, lease accounting, provisions, capitalization, CWIP, borrowing costs, and transition to investment property or PPE
Prepare, review, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind-AS and IGAAP and drive timely period closures
