Suraj Estate Developers Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager – MIS to strengthen our MIS and financial reporting function. The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience in cost and payment tracking within the real estate or related sector.
Key Responsibilities Collect, consolidate, and validate data from CRM and various internal departments
Prepare Monthly Cost MIS for all ongoing and completed projects
Track project-wise cost incurred and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Coordinate with lenders and financial institutions for payments through escrow accounts
Monitor and report payment status, ensuring timely disbursement and reconciliation
