Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented and detail-driven Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our dynamic finance team in Pune.
The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on expertise in Power BI. Prior experience in the real estate sector will be an advantage, though not mandatory.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in cash flow preparation
  • Support forecasting, and long-range planning processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Analyze monthly financial performance, variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and financial models using Power BI and Excel to support business decision-making.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of key financial metrics, KPIs, and management reports.
  • Partner with business teams to evaluate new opportunities, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
