The Assistant Manager will oversee Point of Sales (POS) and Payment Modes operations within Finance. This role ensures accurate transaction processing, compliance with controls, and continuous improvements. The Assistant Manager will lead a small team, resolve operational issues, and partner with both internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g., collecting agents, banks, and payment providers) to drive automation, efficiency, and cost savings, while enhancing customer and business experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end POS and payment operations, including validation, reconciliation, settlement, and exception handling.

  • Monitor and strengthen internal controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
