Role Purpose (Why do we need this role?)
This Lead Finance / Assistant Manager Finance is responsible for Implementing & managing IFC, complying with all the statutory compliances (GST, Direct Tax, Income Tax, RBI, FEMA etc), and providing support for financial reporting and audits completion.
Role Accountabilities (What is this role responsible for delivering?)
1. Financial Controls & Compliances
- Implement and maintain Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with Income Tax, GST, RBI, STPI, FEMA, and Company Secretary-related compliances (e.G., Board meetings, ROC filings, Secretarial compliances).
- Manage GST refund applications and ensure proper documentation and follow-up with authorities.
