Roles and Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities Ensure Quality Sustenance & Improve Existing / New supplier/ EV components
  • Planning of Product, Process & System Audit
  • Validate & verify CAPA (Analysis of Critical / Sporadic problems)
  • Facilitation, Handholding & Monthly performance review
    • Ensure Product, Process & System approval for smooth and trouble free development & sustenance of EV Technology parts / proprietary parts within stipulated time during New Model development .
  • Planning, Facilitation & Review of team member/Supplier to ensure implementation and take mid-course corrective action during:
  • PPAP approval
  • Pilot lot approval
  • Problem mgmt
  • Performance monitoring (3 Months)
  • Handover to SQA
