Day to day accounting for various companies (of more complex holding structures):Bank statementsIncoming invoicesOutgoing invoicesAccruals and provisionsTransactionsMaintain interest calculation schedulesMaintain amortization / depreciation schedulesMonth-end reconciliationsReview of accruals and provisionsIntercompany reconciliations and advise administration department on intercompany settlementsPreparation of financial statementsPreparation of NAV and management accountsSPV, Prop Co and hold Co. accountingAdministration & General
Assistance providing financial data for preparation of local tax returns (corporate income tax, GST)Preparation of cash flows, management reports, quarterly NAV and FMV reports and other financial informationAssistance with information packages for lending banksLiquidity reporting and analysisYear-end Reporting Process – Audit Process
Preparation of internal and external financial reportingPreparation of annual accountsAssist with consolidation processLiaise with administrators, external auditors and coordination of audit processPreparation of ad hoc reports / reconciliations
