Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Fundraising will support Empower Foundation’s resource mobilisation efforts by contributing to fundraising strategy, identifying funding opportunities, developing proposals, and managing fundraising pipeline. The role will report to the Fundraising and Communications Lead and work closely with programme and finance teams to align funding opportunities with organisational priorities and project needs.

Fundraising Strategy & Opportunity Identification
  • Research on the CSR and philanthropy landscape, including funding trends, emerging sectors, and thematic focus areas on an ongoing basis.
