Job Description

The Assistant Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the property, combining front desk leadership with back-office administrative responsibilities. This role ensures excellent customer service, smooth operational processes, and strong coordination between teams, while supporting the General/Property Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest/Resident Experience

  • Support and supervise front desk operations, ensuring a high standard of service at all times
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated guest/resident queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with service standards, policies, and procedures
  • Support check-in/check-out processes and daily reception activities
  • Train, guide, and support front desk staff to maintain service excellence
