Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for vision tech and LED lighting products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and project-based segments.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, system integrators, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations aligned to customer requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and support customers in solution selection.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive sales improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution offerings, project requirements, and pricing strategies.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in security systems (CCTV, surveillance) or LED lighting solutions.
- Strong understanding of project sales cycles, including tendering, specifications, and solution selling.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Possession of a valid driving licence is an advantage.
