Description

  • Develop, track, analyze, and report Regional Accounting Hub performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and project delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets. Proactively identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities, and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Manage and deliver Hub initiatives and assignments in line with defined objectives and deadlines.
  • Provide operational support, subject-matter expertise, and coaching to Hub teams on processes, performance management, and project-related matters.
