Job Description

The Governance Assistant Manager will:

·       Have a deep understanding of all Qiddiya governance structures, frameworks and delegations of authority.

·       Support the implementation and ongoing review of the Qiddiya Development Committee Governance Framework.

·       Coordinate and facilitate operations of N-1 level committees, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and maintaining governance records.

·       Act as the main point of contact for assigned committee-related inquiries and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
