Assistant Manager Graphic Design

Experience : 3 to 6 years 

Qualification Level : Design degree or relevant field experience  

Brands will be for the global market with a focus on the USA

Role Overview  

• Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions
• Create KLDs across packaging forms, edit packaging design across packaging formats
• Generate Mocks, design collaterals (brochures, postcards, pamphlets, newsletters), Inserts, brochures, and catalogues from the existing brand repository
• Emailer design & website design edits
• Support Social media content: posts, stories, reels
• Maintain a Repository of content: videos, static, and all collaterals
• Edit short video content: gifs, cinemagraphs
• Create graphics: including GIFs, animations, stop motions and 3D renders/3D software, visualising tools for render work experience will be valuable
• Utilise AI design tools for rapid concept development, mood boards, mockups, and creative exploration. 

Skill Set

• Strong proficiency in: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma
• Website, social media, emailers, design experience (coordinate with agencies on adaptations)
• Ability to evaluate and refine AI outputs into brand-quality deliverables.
• Openness to learn new AI tools and workflows as the ecosystem evolves.
• Experience designing web and email assets, and coordinating adaptations with developers or agencies.
• Coordination across markets USA, Europe, and India
• Good time management and timely delivery of tasks are critical
• Knowledge of art materials, fabrication techniques, printing process and press runs
