Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents, pricing schedules, and cost breakdowns
- Assist in evaluating tenders and making recommendations
Contract Administration
- Support the Manager in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts
- Handle variation orders, change requests, and final account
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project specification
Support Cost Management
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies
- Review and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Monitor project expenditures and compare against budgets
Reporting & Documentation
- Support the preparation of final accounts at project close-out
- Prepare the internal memo / report for top management approval etc
- Maintain well-organized filing of QS documentation for audit trails
