ASSISTANT MANAGER, GROUP PROJECT PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT

Assist in managing and controlling all tenant and internal fit-out works within the landlord’s properties. This includes reviewing design submissions, ensuring compliance with landlord guidelines, and overseeing execution to uphold the quality, safety, and brand standards of the property.

Job Overview

The Assistant Manager, Group Project Planning & Development supports the Manager / Senior Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing property development projects from feasibility stage through design, tender, construction, and vacant possession. This role focuses on project coordination, design support, compliance monitoring, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements.
