Overview

  • Process New Customer set up on SAP, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements
  • Execute monthly run change requests from the Field Sales team
  • Maintain customer master file for new store and equipment order information.
  • Send timely field communications on store openings and equipment order confirmations.
  • Process new store creations and equipment order requests within 48 hrs, ensuring complete and accurate information.
  • Run reports on BOBJ to validate the store set up and chain information.
  • Highlight process gaps and inefficiencies and proactively seek solution to increase service level efficiency.
  • Well versed with advanced excel and Power BI to maintain the monthly wiring dashboards and weekly reports.
