Job Purpose

The IT Lead/Business Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing system and solutions that enable seamless connectivity between systems and data sources. This role ensures interoperability across platforms, supports business processes through efficient integration, and drives system implementation projects aligned with organizational goals. In addition, the analyst will analyse business requirements, project issues, and produce project artefacts (such as Functional/Technical Specification Documents), translating business requirements into technical requirements. The analyst will work on multiple transformation projects simultaneously, make project planning, control project implementation and carry out Project Management activities. The person will collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing systems.
