Assistant Manager – Catalog Operations

Role Summary

A detail-oriented and proactive professional responsible for the end-to-end e-commerce catalog lifecycle, including catalogue management, SKU management, online listing, vendor coordination, customer-service interface, and team supervision—focused on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Catalog & SKU Management
  • Create, update, and maintain product listings across marketplaces, websites, and CMS.
  • Maintain SKU hygiene: taxonomy, attributes, and metadata.
  • Execute bulk uploads via Excel/CSV and manage flat-file workflows.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure catalog accuracy and completeness.
  • Online Listing & Content Optimization
  • Create and optimize titles, descriptions, specs, images, keywords, etc., as per platform guidelines.
