ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER


The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Housekeeping Manager in managing all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service across guest staterooms, public areas, crew accommodations, open decks, and main laundry. Responsibilities include supervising a multicultural team, scheduling, inventory control, inspections, training, and performance evaluations. The role ensures compliance with MLC 2006, USPH, safety regulations, and company standards. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager leads daily operations, manages guest feedback, supports team development, and upholds budgetary and procedural guidelines while promoting a positive service culture and maintaining efficient workflow and exceptional guest satisfaction.
