Position Demands



  •  8-10 years
     Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

  • MBA-HR, MLS, MLW, MSW or MA (IR & PM).

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities


Compliance Management:
• Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including:
   • Labour laws, factory laws, and other local/state/national regulations.
   • Maintain and update compliance registers and documentation.
   • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for licenses, permits, inspections, and audits.
• Conduct employee training on regulatory standards and compliance protocols.
Facilities Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and operations of plant facilities, ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of:
 • Utilities like power supply, water, HVAC, and compressed air systems.
 • Facility infrastructure, including offices, production areas, and warehouses.
 • Security systems (CCTV, access controls, etc.) and ensure safety protocols are in place.
 • Manage vendor contracts for facility services such as housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance.
 • Monitor the plant’s energy usage and implement initiatives to reduce consumption and cost.
 • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain reports on compliance status, facility operations, and incident logs.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of permits, licenses, and inspection reports.
• Report and escalate compliance or facility issues to senior management when necessary.
Team Coordination:
• Supervise and guide facility support staff and maintenance teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, HR, quality) to ensure seamless facility and compliance operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as contractors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
