The opportunity
You will provide data reporting, analytics and insights for the Talent function to enable accurate planning and decision making at all levels. Is also expected to manage senior stakeholders, manage expectations and project delivery.
Your key responsibilities
Consults with our senior leadership in Global Talent COEs to understand their strategic imperatives by being connected, responsive and Insightful. Understands their needs and business questions to determine the analysis and deliverables. Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders (including the Executive Layer), Global Talent Function and HR Services teams) to keep on the pulse of what is important to leadership and build relevant analysis and interpretation.
