Your Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations (Hire-to-Retire)
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, quarterly induction programs, management trainee onboarding, and exit formalities Ensure timely completion and maintenance of employee records (personal files, digital folders, and system updates) Coordinate with HRBPs, IT, Admin, and Payroll teams to ensure smooth joining and exit processes Handle employee lifecycle changes including confirmations, transfers, extensions, and separations 2. Payroll Support
Support Payroll Manager in monthly payroll processing by sharing the monthly inputs. Assist in internal and external payroll audits by ensuring availability of accurate data and documentation 3. Statutory Compliance & Governance
Ensure timely completion of monthly statutory compliances for Gurgaon location in coordination with HRBP and Payroll Manager Support annual statutory returns, POSH compliance, SOX audits, and Shop & Establishment Act requirements 4. Employee Benefits Administration
Manage monthly GMC, GTL, and GPA insurance endorsements and related employee communication Coordinate with Payroll Manager for CD balance reconciliation and medical benefit reporting Address employee queries related to insurance coverage and benefits administration 5. HR Analytics & Reporting
Maintain 100% accurate HR MIS and ensure timely submission to global HR teams Maintain the local HRMIS file. 6. Background Verification (BGV)
Manage end-to-end BGV process including initiation, vendor coordination, follow-ups, and closure tracking Ensure 100% BGV cases are initiated prior to joining and monitored for closure within defined timelines Your Profile: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services, with strong exposure to end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes Practical exposure to payroll support, including monthly input collation, coordination with payroll teams, and audit support. Excel-Macros/Advanced knowledge. Stake holder Management. Good Communication Skills. #IncludingYou
