Responsibilities

        • Responsible of employee life cycle management ( personal files / payroll addition – deletion input / follow up for F&F & experience letter / employee master / BGV / Insurance list etc)
        • Collecting HRR from respective team, raising of HRR in Talent link, follow up upto level 2 and sharing with TA team for next approvals.
        • Maintaining HRR tracker
        • Sharing resumes via Naukri portal / internal reference
        • Job positing on Phenom, Naukri, Linked In, IJP
        • Offer letter (generation to release) / Pre-joining connect
        • Pre-onboarding via Talent Link to generate ECN & email ID

Requirements

3-5 years of experience

 Well versed with Naukri portal + TA systems
