Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – HR Operations & Payroll. This role will manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on payroll administration, including hands-on experience in South Africa payroll. The incumbent will ensure accurate, complaint, and timely execution of payroll and HR processes while delivering high-quality support to employees and key stakeholders. Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM (multiple modules), HDL (HCM Data Loader), and OTBI.
