Job Title: Assistant Manager – HR Operations & Payroll
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as
Assistant Manager – HR Operations & Payroll . This role will oversee end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on payroll administration. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of all payroll and HR-related activities, while effectively supporting employees and key stakeholders.
The role also requires
hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM , including working across multiple tracks/modules. The incumbent should have
practical exposure to HDL (HCM Data Loader)
for managing and maintaining HR data efficiently.
Experience with OTBI – HCM (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
is optional but preferred, particularly for reporting, analytics, and operational insights.
