Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Assistant Manager (HR):
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Develop and implement learning and development programs, as well as employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve HR-related issues and support organizational growth.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement HR strategies.
- Foster an inclusive and positive work culture through proactive communication and conflict resolution.
- Maintain and optimize HR systems, processes, and documentation.
- Support the execution of HR projects and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
