Assistant Manager - HRBP

Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with senior leadership and business teams to drive people strategy and organizational effectiveness. This role will be instrumental in aligning business objectives with employees and management, serving as a consultant and change agent to ensure a high performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on a range of people-related topics including workforce planning, org design, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Provide strategic guidance on change management, culture building, and employee engagement.
• Lead the implementation of key HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, and leadership development.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards teams to ensure integrated HR support.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the assigned business unit

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a business partnering role supporting senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the strategic goals of the organization.
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using HR analytics to drive decisions.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
