Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with senior leadership and business teams to drive people strategy and organizational effectiveness. This role will be instrumental in aligning business objectives with employees and management, serving as a consultant and change agent to ensure a high performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on a range of people-related topics including workforce planning, org design, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations.
