Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including lateral and campus hiring.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and plan workforce requirements.
- Drive sourcing strategies across job portals, referrals, agencies, and direct hiring.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless employee experience and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Handle confirmations, appraisals, role changes, and exit processes.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and HRMS data integrity.
- Support performance management cycles, goal setting, and review processes.
- Work with managers to drive feedback culture and performance improvement.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal communication.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievance handling.
- Manage HRMS and recruitment tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- Support reporting, dashboards, and HR analytics for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR generalist roles covering recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms, MS Excel, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in startups, energy, fintech, or technology-driven organizations.
- Exposure to HR process automation and system implementation.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and high ownership orientation.
