Job Description
- Process payroll for 1000+ employees using Oracle HCM & EBS.
- Maintain comprehensive employee database using Oracle HCM.
- Facilitate the performance management cycle which includes expectation / objective setting.
- Communications, annual and quarterly reviews, normalization, and finalization of the business performance bell curve.
- Finalize performance incentives and progression based on performance.
- Develop comprehensive HR Dashboards with MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
- Provide management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced/predictive analytics (People Cost, HC ratios, Turnover & absenteeism trends etc.)
- MBA in HR (Preferred) / Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- 5 to 8 years experience in HR Operations
