Job Description

  • Process payroll for 1000+ employees using Oracle HCM & EBS.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee database using Oracle HCM.
Performance, Talent Management:
  • Facilitate the performance management cycle which includes expectation / objective setting.
  • Communications, annual and quarterly reviews, normalization, and finalization of the business performance bell curve.
  • Finalize performance incentives and progression based on performance.
HR Analytics:
  • Develop comprehensive HR Dashboards with MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Provide management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced/predictive analytics (People Cost, HC ratios, Turnover & absenteeism trends etc.)
Qualifications
  • MBA in HR (Preferred) / Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
  • 5 to 8 years experience in HR Operations
