- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, and annual appraisals.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and ensure policy compliance.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements.
- 7+ Years of experience in a HR generalist role in the manufacturing industry.
- MBA/MSW/PG Diploma in HR
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
