Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager for HR Payroll is responsible for ensuring on-time processing of timekeeping & payroll records and the accuracy of all reports related with Payroll process, Benefits Administration, and other payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities / Core Functions
Direction, Control, and full management of the payroll and social security process.
Payroll processing and update management.
Payroll calculation and processing.
Social security calculation and payment.
Final settlement and benefit calculation and payment.
Generation of weekly reports for Head Office.
Accounting reports.
Salary projections.
Recruitment process control and document management.
Electronic Payroll.
