Job Duties
Monitor monthly payroll and daily operation of C&B;Analyze HR-related statistics and provide actionable insights for management;Maintain and monitor HR system (PeopleSoft);Coordinate annual salary review/promotion/bonus/appraisal exercise; Compile management reports;Collaborate proactively with departments and project team on staffing issues, manpower planning and deployment;Provide support on employee relations initiatives and staff engagement activities;Work closely with project team on labour dispute cases and staff issues;Assist in policies/procedures review and implementation as well as ensure compliance with the applicable laws and corporate requirements;Ensure full compliance with HK employment and related legislations;Taking up ad hoc projects and assignments.
