Qualification: Bachelor's / master's degree in HR or Business Administration.

Monthly Salary: 30K – 40K

Work Mode: WORK FROM OFFICE

Role Purpose

An HR Assistant Manager at FRQ BRO PRIVATE LIMITED (OPPO), is responsible for HR Operations supports and executes end-to-end HR operational processes under the direction of the HR Manager, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all HR functions including employee life cycle management, attendance, payroll coordination, HR policies, and reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll processes, attendance systems, and statutory basics.

Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF formulas), HRMS tools, and reporting capabilities.

Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

High attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy & timeliness of payroll inputs

Attendance and leave monitoring accuracy

Policy adherence and compliance level

HR query resolution TAT

Quality & accuracy of HR MIS

Support effectiveness to Business Managers and HR Manager
