Job Description
We’re supporting a leading retail & consumer goods business in the region as they continue through an exciting phase of growth. As part of this, they are looking to hire an HR Assistant Manager to join their HR team in Dubai.
This is a hands-on, generalist HR role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the business and supporting employees across the full HR lifecycle. The role offers strong exposure to a regional, international environment and the opportunity to grow within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers
- Support performance management and HR processes
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance are followed
- Work closely with leadership to support a positive employee experience
