Responsibilities
- HR Generalist – Hiring/ Recruitment of vacant positions at site as per Org Structure
- Employee Lifecycle Management – Hire to Retire process
- Performance Management System
- Conducting meetings as per the Mines Act applicability such as Canteen Committee, Safety Committee etc.
- Conduct meetings with contractors monthly and educate them on latest amendments /observations of inspections/responsibilities as an employer.
- Manage Time office and attendance management system.
- Ensure coverage for all regular contractors in Kronos CLMS system and Kronos related compliances.
- Ensure 100% compliance as per the DGMS Guidelines and Provisions of the Factories Act & other applicable labor laws within the stipulated time.
- Ensure proper maintenance of contractor's records & registers / returns and ensure Nil Observations during statutory authorities' inspections.
