Responsibilities

  • HR Generalist – Hiring/ Recruitment of vacant positions at site as per Org Structure
  • Employee Lifecycle Management – Hire to Retire process
  • Performance Management System
  • Conducting meetings as per the Mines Act applicability such as Canteen Committee, Safety Committee etc.
  • Conduct meetings with contractors monthly and educate them on latest amendments /observations of inspections/responsibilities as an employer.
  • Manage Time office and attendance management system.
  • Ensure coverage for all regular contractors in Kronos CLMS system and Kronos related compliances.
  • Ensure 100% compliance as per the DGMS Guidelines and Provisions of the Factories Act & other applicable labor laws within the stipulated time.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of contractor's records & registers / returns and ensure Nil Observations during statutory authorities' inspections.
