ASSISTANT MANAGER – FACTORY (Roles & Responsibilities)

Reporting:

Administrative → Factory Manager

Functional → Head – Operations HR

Recruitment & Manpower Planning (Ownership)

Plan and ensure on-time manpower filling (workers & staff).

Approve and monitor worker recruitment.

Coordinate staff recruitment with Admin & Corporate HR approval.

Review recruitment status and manpower gaps.

Ensure recruitment process effectiveness in HRMS.

Onboarding & Induction (Control & Review)

Ensure compliance in document verification & joining formalities.

Oversee HRMS enrollment and biometric activation.

Ensure induction programs are completed and effective.

Address onboarding issues and early attrition risks.

Attendance & Leave Management (Monitoring)

Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and leave patterns.

Analyse trends and take corrective actions with Production & Admin. <...
