The purpose of this position is to enable HR business partnering with the business for the complete talent lifecycle of employees as per the organizations need while collaborating, and advocating talent development in creating a sustainable employee experience

Data analytics and Governance
HR Audits and Assessments
Qualifications
MBA in Human Resource Management with or without BE/B. Tech. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR BP.
Additional Information
Excellent in working on MS Office like Excel and Power point presentations
Competent knowledge of Training methodologies / Tools / platforms, concept and Content development etc.,
Proficient in Networking, communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Data analytics tools- like Power BI/Tableau
